We are living through a very worrying time with the fast spread of the coronavirus, identified as COVID-19.
Infinity Lifts recognise that you put trust in us as a service provider and we would like to keep you informed of the current measures we have in place.
Our number one priority is always the health and safety of our employees, customer and partners.
We want to share some of the actions we have taken to keep Infinity Lifts employees safe while we all try to minimise the impact on our operations and yours amid these worrying times.
Infinity Lifts has established a COVID-19 Response management team that meets regularly to monitor developments and closely follow the guidance and advice of the government, public health organisations and World Health Organisation (WHO). We have taken a range of actions, including but not limited to:
-Educating all employees about the virus covid-19
-Encouraging employees to work from home if they can.
-Sharing resources and guidance on how to contain the virus
-Increasing and expanding the cleaning of facilities.
-Restricting business travel and events.
-Requiring employees exhibiting any symptoms are to stay at home, and
-Enforcing a stringent return-to-work policy if an employee becomes ill.
At this time, COVID-19 has not impacted our equipment and service availability.
We continue to closely monitor government advice and can confirm that at present we are still offering 24/7 response services & our engineers are working as normal at present notwithstanding the extra requirements to slow the spread of the virus.
We recognise there are a lot of questions, and that answers may continually change as the situation evolves. If you have any questions specifically relating to any area of your business with Infinity Lifts please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and will keep you informed of future updates. Thank you for your ongoing support as we work through this together.
