A graduate of UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business, Erika’s career spans multiple industries, where she held key positions in brand, marketing management and market research before entering the lift industry in 2001.
At Infinity Lifts, Erika leads the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy. She has played a pivotal role in driving business growth by designing and implementing effective processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency across all departments. Her strong analytical abilities, creativity, and interpersonal skills have helped foster a results-driven commercial team culture that prioritises customer communication, feedback, and satisfaction.
